Helped me with an incomplete clef lip breathe again!

These are not flattering photos but I felt the need to share my story. I was supposed to be born with a clef lip but it ended up fusing in the womb before I was born. My entire life I have struggled and never realized why. Because of my incomplete clef lip my nasal opening and passages were warped and my right nostril would sometimes collapse in on itself. Lately I have had a terrible time sleeping and would snore so bad I’d wake up my husband. A CPAP was not something I was interested in so I had to search for other solutions. This thing works amazing and it’s clear to see it opens my airways. I slept like a baby through the night without any snoring! The directions and videos help you learn and troubleshoot application and I found it incredibly comfortable. I did noticed the adhesive hurts when you take it off but it’s not any worse than ripping a bandaid off. If you’re considering buying this do it!

Less snoring, better sleep

This product has been easy to use and reduced my snoring at night, to my partners satisfaction. The glue on the nose pads is strong enough to hold all night. The key is wiping your nose with 70% alcohol first to remove oil, and then placing the stickers on the side of your nose. In the morning, the glue stays on my nose when I remove the stickers, but a little water and soap usually works. It is a small inconvenience compared to the reduction in my snoring volume (I'm told). I also get better sleep because I'm not waking myself up.

Pros and Cons but worth it

PROS:*sticky pads have an indent for your nostril which also helps you line up the placement.*sturdier than traditional disposable strips and holds nasal passage more open*a good deal more comfortable than traditional ones and you can forget your wearing this one*pads are VERY sticky and flexible; very comfy*size variety was nice, I was able to try them all and I was worried my nose was too small for most of them.*nose pads easily disassembled and metal discs reusable with medical tape or hypafixCONS:*always in my field of view but can ignore after a while- might be worse bc it's white*absolutely cannot wear my glasses with it (enjoy the pictures of my trying)*refills are more expensive than traditional disposable stripsAll in all I'm happy with the purchase and I think it will last a long while. it's a bit too pricey for what you get and on top of a very high pad refill price. I pictured wearing mine with the proper magnetic pads and with homemade ones.

STOP YOUR SEARCH!!!

If you're on a quest for congestion relief like I am, you need to try the Intake nasal strip system. I've tried every nasal dilator available on Amazon—seriously, every single one. Most of them, especially the internal types, end up being taken out in my sleep, which sends me on a next-day scavenger hunt to keep them away from my dogs. For a long time, I settled for the major brand's nasal strips, which provided only slight, temporary relief. I was skeptical about Intake despite coming across it many times, wondering how much better it could really be compared to traditional strips. What finally convinced me was the customizable aspect of the Intake sample pack. It’s like nasal strips on steroids!I’ll admit, I don't follow the recommended instructions to the letter. I use one of the largest bands on my small nose, but it delivers the precise effect I've been seeking. Unlike other strips, Intake holds up throughout the night, feels more comfortable, and the adhesive causes no irritation or acne—issues I've faced with other brands. The magnets are impressively strong, and the adhesive is superior, holding well even under the extreme pull I use. With Intake, I finally enjoy all-night relief. Combining Intake with an over-the-counter spray decongestant and mouth taping has been a game-changer for my sleep. The primary drawback is the cost. Intake strips are more expensive, but the quality justifies the higher price. They are the Cadillac of nasal strips and are also FSA eligible—which was ultimately what convinced me to give them a try. Intake might benefit from emphasizing this eligibility more.In summary, don’t hesitate to try Intake if you’re looking for a premium, customizable nasal strip experience. I recommend starting with the sampler pack to find your ideal fit and keeping the rest for different needs—be it sports, sleep, or casual use. I also appreciate the travel case, which doubles as an everyday holder.I purchased all my Intake products myself and hope this detailed review helps others struggling with nasal congestion and seeking better sleep solutions. Highly recommended!
